Leadership Coaching + Executive Advising
What’s the difference between Leadership Coaching and Executive Advising?
Leadership Coaching: Centers on enhancing an individual's leadership skills, such as communication, public speaking, team management, and conflict resolution, applicable at various organizational levels. This can be for 3, 6, or 12 months.
Executive Advising: Targets senior executives, offering strategic guidance on organizational challenges, decision-making, and aligning business goals with leadership strategies. This can be an ongoing engagement for a monthly fee or a “pick my brain” a la carte service.
